For close to two decades, founder GV Kashyap has worked at the intersection of advertising, consumer behaviour, and business strategy. From FMCG to BFSI, real estate to healthcare, he's led thinking for brands navigating the tension between what they believe and what their customers actually see.

After years on both sides—agency and client—he founded Conflict to do one thing: help brands turn misalignment into clarity. Not superficial clarity. The kind that changes decisions, sharpens strategy, and drives growth.
